I’m writing this review from my bed which I now find to be so comfortable, I don’t want to get up.
I originally bought this to put on a hard futon that guests sleep on.
But I found it to be so comfortable that I’m using it on my bed now.

It arrived compressed and needed about 24 hours to expand to its full size.
Even at its full size, it is a 1-2″ smaller than my queen size mattress.
I think this is on purpose so that your fitted sheets will still fit.

It did smell a little but that went away in a few days.
I recommend airing it out in the garage or on a patio.

I have been using it for a month now and I has definitely improved my sleep.
I used to toss and turn a lot more. I would wake up in the middle of the night and find my arm was numb.
Now the bed conforms to me and I feel less pressure points. My wife also feels she gets better quality sleep on this mattress and doesn’t feel as achy when she wakes up.

When it came time to buy a new mattress, I remember all those old stories about getting a very firm one because “it’s good for your back.” What they don’t tell you is that you have lots of time to think about how good your back feels because sleep is a thing of the past when you are trying to sleep on a rock. The mattress was expensive and no $ right now for a new one. This inexpensive, well-made pad made it comfortable enough to get a good night’s sleep again. If you have a similar problem, give it a try.

Amazingly soft, I wish they made comfortors too. Softest pad you’ll ever sleep on. Nice deep pockets. Would highly recommend.

I bought this quilted topper because it was machine washable. It has more “loft” than I expected for the price, and it washes easily. The small quilt pattern keeps the batt from shifting. The deep elastic skirt runs a good 6″ under my 16″ mattress, so no sliding or bunching, either!

This mattress pad is so comfortable. It fit great on my mattress and has stayed in place. My sheets fit nicely over the pad. The bed is so much more comfortable and even looks more inviting and fluffy.

The only con I can think of is that it is more warm. It is currently the end of summer in coastal S.C. and I am extremely hot natured anyway. I did not need anymore warmth. I think that feature might be nice in a few months.

In closing, I love the pad and it really has enhanced the comfort of my bed. I think it was good value for the money and I would buy another.

This is a very nice and fluffy mattress cover. It has a no slip type of velveteen fabric on the surface and very deep pockets for the mattress. We have plenty of room left with ours. Very comfortable and helps to keep us warm. Great quality, washed up nicely, although I had a hard time getting it in my washer and had to drape it over a clothes rack to make sure it was completely dry.

Our extra-firm mattress was purchased years ago when back issues dictated such a change. Once those issues were resolved, the extra-firm mattress created new problems with stiff shoulder joints. Arthritis is probably setting in. Rather than spend a huge amount of money on new bedding, we chose to try this very highly rated mattress pad. As the heading says, this is absolutely the best $45 we’ve ever spent. No issues with slipping or stitching or “too hot”. Just luxurious comfort each and every night. I smile a little every time I roll over and can’t believe what a simple fix this was. If you have a similar situation, don’t delay another minute in ordering this fabulous product.

Very happy with the Pike Street overfilled ultra soft mattress pad. Plush, perfect amount of fill – much more than I thought! The top is microplush – so soft. Fits the mattress perfectly and stays in place. Highly recommended and the price is perfect.
